McCarthy Mentoring hosted a special event as part of the AWE Ltd Women’s Leadership Program inviting three inspiring female executives from the property, finance and energy sector to participate in an interactive Q&A session.
The panellists candidly shared their experience, the risks they had taken, the choices they had made and the challenges they have faced at a engaging session with AWE Ltd’s CFO, Ayten Saridas and a select group of its emerging women leaders.
The insights shared were inspiring and valuable in encouraging the room to take risks, develop strong professional networks, drive their career, lead the diversity initiatives and have confidence in their ability.
