McCarthy Mentoring supports senior talented women working in museums across Aust & NZ as part of the Council of Australasian Museum Directors Executive Mentoring Program. The program is an important initiative that strengthens leadership, builds industry networks and shares insights among some of the best and brightest in the sector. Since it’s start, more than 76 women have been nominated for their potential as future leaders and have been connected to Museum Directors and cultural executives as mentors.
