Kim McKay AO was a driving force behind our successful Council of Australasian Museum Directors Mentoring Program that sought to increase gender diversity in the top ranks. Impact: 76 senior women over 4 years reporting 87% improved performance, 89% better at managing challenges, 84% making better decisions and up to 50% promoted within 12 months.
Mentors were other museum Directors and experienced cultural leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
