What does 2024 look like for you, your team and your organisation? At McCarthy Mentoring, our core mission and purpose is to inspire, connect, and develop people through our mentoring, coaching, and leadership programs.
Our programs are intense and challenging, but also fun and around 60% of program participants are promoted within 12 months. Over the past 20 years, we’ve built an exceptional network of mentors and coaches globally, and we pair people carefully to make sure they can get the most out of the relationship.
We also know that articulating career goals can be challenging. As the year gains momentum, we encourage you to write your goals down and share them with others, or invest in a pack of our goal setting cards to aid this process. We hope that it’s going to be a great year for you.
