McCarthy Mentoring’s Springboard 2023 is a short, high-impact executive coaching program to clarify goals and examine strengths, drivers & leadership behaviours. Starting at any time, it combines the Hogan Leadership Assessment and pairing candidates with a carefully chosen executive coach to explore insights and enable participants to reflect, focus & plan for a productive & thriving 2023.

- Detailed reports and a 1.5 hour debrief with a coach focussed on building self-awareness and a plan around strengths, behaviours and challenges
- A bespoke Hogan Leadership Assessment
- Three tailored coaching sessions around goals, performance or work challenges
- A personalised matching, organisation briefing, facilitated coach introduction and support.
