Over the past year, talented future leaders at Snowy Hydro Limited grabbed every opportunity to grow and invest in their professional development as part of their selection in the 2024/25 Rise Women in Leadership Program.
Despite demanding roles in law, engineering, finance, science, retail, commercial, human resources and corporate affairs, they committed energy and time to accelerate their learning and strengthen their senior leadership skills.
They pushed outside their comfort zone, embraced new thinking, deepened relationships, reflected on their performance, and looked to further contribute to the strategic priorities of Snowy. Concluding with impressive executive business opportunity pitches!
Designed and facilitated by Sophie McCarthy and Tessa Sexton, the Rise Program was challenging, practical and fun. It was also highly personal, with each participant carefully matched with one of our exceptional mentors, who offered practical insights and wise counsel for their individual growth.
