Your first session is all about setting your goals for the next 12 months. Setting goals gives you a long term vision and short term motivation ensuring you are heading in the right direction. Goals allow you to plan more strategically and help direct your energy into what’s most important so that you are empowered to take control of your career and life.

This month, in My Goals, please choose 10 cards that are the most important to you for next 12 months and share these with your mentor. Your mentor will also be able to see your selection on their one2one dashboard to help develop strategies and keep you accountable (it is the only item of yours they can see for the whole program). Then go to Activity to start mapping your action plan and set timeframes.
Remember these goals often change during the mentoring program and you can revisit them at any time. As you progress through the program you should reflect on your goals, how you are tracking against them and consider whether they remain relevant.
