Leadership Development Programs

We partner with clients to identify development needs and design solutions that enhance leadership capability at the individual, group and organisational level. Leadership programs include psychometric and 360 assessments, workshops on identified leadership themes, study tours, coaching or mentoring and action learning projects. McCarthy Mentoring staff are certified Hogan leadership assessment coaches.

We also run small group Forums for executives across a range of industries and sectors. The Forums combine theory, real-life case studies and experience to stretch participant’s thinking and provide practical strategies around change and transformation, effective leadership, succession planning, influencing, risk and resilience.
