Executive NFP Scholarship: Apply Now

Executives of Not-for-Profit organisations across Australia are invited to apply for our 2018 McCarthy Mentoring Executive NFP Scholarship now in its sixth year. The recipient will be matched with an experienced leader in the sector to strengthen their capacity to effectively lead and affect change. 2017 recipient said the scholarship was “game-changing” in taking her to the next level. Applications close 29 March 2018.

Enabling the cultural leaders of the future

McCarthy Mentoring supports senior talented women working in museums across Aust & NZ as part of the Council of Australasian Museum Directors Executive Mentoring Program. The program is an important initiative that strengthens leadership, builds industry networks and shares insights among some of the best and brightest in the sector. Since it’s start, more than 60 women have been nominated for their potential as future leaders and have been connected to Museum Directors and cultural executives as mentors. 48% of the inaugural group have since been promoted or given greater responsibilities. We were delighted to launch the 2017 Program and celebrate the graduates in Hobart recently.
