Our staff are certified Hogan leadership assessment coaches.

Our story

In 1998 company director Wendy McCarthy was approached by a new CEO of a major financial services company who needed a confidential, independent sounding board to provide support and guidance in his efforts to reshape his leadership team and the culture of the organisation. Connecting this senior executive with a wiser, more experienced person was the start of McCarthy Mentoring. In 2012 her daughter, Sophie McCarthy, bought the business and has continued to grow it into the dynamic organisation it is today. Since then Wendy has continued as mentor to both clients and the business.
